Medicare Part D Donut Hole
Medicare Donut Hole is a term used to describe the coverage gap in Medicare’s prescription drug benefit. In general, Medicare Part D plans have a deductible, an initial coverage phase, coverage gap (Donut Hole) and a catastrophic coverage phase.
Flex Card for Seniors
The Medicare Flex Card is a credit/debit card that can be used to pay for Medicare-covered expenses. It can be used at any health care provider that accepts Medicare, including hospitals, doctor’s offices, and pharmacies.
The card can also be used to pay for health care services not covered by Medicare, such as dental, vision and hearing care. The Medicare Flex Card is not an insurance policy, and it does not replace Medicare coverage.
